I am a multi-passionate entrepreneur who wants to do ALL the things while simultaneously keeping my day job as stylist/owner of The Curly Hair Studio in Portland, Oregon. Pssst… It's Beaverton, but that doesn't quite have that hipster vibe.

I believe great things are born out of needs.
I saw a need in the curly community and built a brand with intent and purpose to help.
Now, I’m teaching others how to do the exact same thing.
Business and brand building is a lot like curls.
I’m the minimalist of the curly world, and I am taking all things complicated and breaking them down into simple truths.

- I’m a so-cal, Malibu-loving girl. Have you ever watched Jim Gaffigan’s bit on what he calls being “indoorsy”? I feel so seen.
- I love a good hotel with room service, a pool, and many snacks.
- I don’t do snakes, oatmeal, or hot walking. (I believe the REI, Northface wearing crowd refers to this as “hiking”)
- I don’t cook, but I love to eat and collect beautiful cookbooks that I will never use.
- I’m either listening to worship music or 90’s hip hop. Dre, Pac, Big, and Hillsong. Who knew?
- I desperately want to be a minimalist, but my husband would say I have hoarder tendencies.
- ENFP and Enneagram 9.
- My grandkids are my love language.
